In a very remote setting, two miles from the main road out of Betws-y-Coed towards the Swallow Falls. The cottage is high up and in a beautiful open valley, getting the sun throughout the day.
Rhiwddolion was a small quarry village in the late 19th century but is now a ‘forgotten village’. There are only four cottages remaining but the (very interesting) ruins of many are still visible.Three of these cottages now belong to the Landmark Trust. Only ours can be reached by car.
